Meet The Founder:
Jasmine Jones is a passionate leader and coach dedicated to pouring into others. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to cultivating self-awareness through life and leadership coaching. While coaching is now her primary focus, her journey began in education, where she spent seven years devoted to enriching the lives of youth and empowering them to reach their full potential. In 2020, Jasmine took a pivotal step forward, expanding her impact by shifting her focus to adults, challenging emerging and established leaders to understand self before title. With a strong foundation in both personal development and leadership growth, Jasmine brings a unique and authentic perspective to her work.No stranger to the coaching space, Jasmine has facilitated group coaching, workshops, and training sessions across corporate environments as well as individual settings. Her approach is both practical and transformative, meeting leaders where they are while equipping them to grow with intention. Jasmine is excited to fully step into her role as a leadership coach, introducing her signature framework, “The Leadership Deposit.” Through this experience, leaders walk away refreshed, supported, and empowered ready to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
